Cabin, I'm told is near original. Here is what I know about the name  the only reference up to yet to "TAKUMONO" is the the name of a racing boat in 1906/7 in races at  Monaco , London and Lowestoft  also on the Broads. if you put the name in on the internet you can get a few details of races it was in. I do not know of any recent history as the boat was purchased by me a few weeks ago, She is a credit to her previous owners well looked after.  if any one has any details i would be very interested in them. 

I intend to get "Takumono" out of the water this winter  to check the hull etc and install new water heater, cockpit floor covering change. stern drive maintenance etc.and a general tidy up perhaps a cock pit hard top if I can find one, if funds allow.
